Huntsville Town Hiring


Huntsville Town is seeking a positive, hard-working employee to take care of our park building facilities! This person will perform general maintenance and cleaning of the Huntsville Park restrooms. The duties include but are not limited to:

1) Opening and closing the park restrooms each day

2) Performing routine custodial duties, to include mopping, sweeping, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms and restocking paper and soap supplies.

3) Report needs and concerns to appropriate staff, which may include submitting or recommending repair or replacement work and checking supply levels.

4) Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

5) Cleaning functions will be specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements.

Previous experience maintaining restrooms and following cleaning procedure is preferred. Applicant must have the ability to work on their own and be willing to communicate regularly and often with office staff and supervisors. Candidates must be able to adjust their personal schedule to be able to lock and unlock the bathrooms in a timely manner during the seasonal hours. Summer hours the bathrooms should be unlocked at 8 a.m. and locked at 10 p.m. Average work hours per day is one (1) hour. Pay is based on experience, but a minimum hourly wage of $15.00 an hour will be provided. Preference will be given to Ogden Valley Residents. No professional benefits are offered at this time.
