Nestled in the heart of Ogden Valley, Huntsville has a history as beautiful as the mountains that surround it. The town was founded in 1860 by Jefferson Hunt and later incorporated in 1924. Today, it remains one of three charming communities that make up the Ogden Valley.

Located just twelve miles east of Ogden City, Huntsville sits at an elevation of nearly 5,000 feet, surrounded by beautiful Pineview Reservoir.
